Amazing shoe. Very well made. Best shoe I've ever bought! One note to America sizing.... buy one size smaller if you get the extra wide. Also, the whole process takes about 4 weeks with shipping, but well worth the wait. -

From the day that I ordered these boots, it took almost a month before I received them but it was well worth the wait. I really wanted a darker chocolate color but I absolutely love them. These boots are beautiful! -

My beautiful Girottti shoes arrived today and I could not be more pleased. The fit is lovely and the heel height is perfect for a long day of being on my feet for my daughter’s wedding. I wear a US 8.5 N and the size 39 standard is great - not too loose. I am ordering a matching handbag today and I am sure that there will be more in future. -

I JUST WANT TO SAY SOMETING ABUT THE WONDERFUL EXPEREANCE I HAD BING A PART OF THE GIROTTI FAMILY. SO I ORDERED A PAIR OF CUSTOME MADE GIROTTI SHOES FOR MY DAUGHRER'S WEDDING I RECIVED THE SHOES THREE WEEK'S BEFORE THE WEDDING AND OWE NO! THEY DID'NT FIT. I WAS IN A PANIC, I FINALLY SETTLED DOWN AND EMAILED GIROTTI'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT THE SHOES DID'NT FIT AND I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT SHOE BEFORE THE WEEDING. AT THIS POINT I ONLY HAD 15 DAYS BEFORE THE WEEDING I WAS STILE ON EDGE AND WAS NOT SURE IF I WOULD GET MY CUSTOM SHOES IN TIME. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY SENT MY CUSTOM PAIR OF SHOES BEFORE I RETURNED THE PAIR THAT DID NOT FIT. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECIVED THE SHOES 5 DAY BEFORE THE WEEDING AND EVERYTHING WENT GRAET!! THANK YOU GIROTTI. HERES 2 PHOTO'S OF ME AT THE WEEDING. -
