Delivery

Our production and customer service will be closed for the Christmas holidays from December 23, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

All shoes will be manufactured and shipped to the customer via a local delivery company within 5-10 business days period and all shipping costs are FREE for all of US, EU, UK and Switzerland. For Customers in the UK the entire cost of delivery is at GIROTTI’s charge. You will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery!

Customers can check the status of their order by login to his account. Customers will receive a notification email once his ordered shoes have been manufactured and dispatched.

During sale periods and promotional campaigns, production and delivery may be extended up to 5 working days above the usual period.
