Since 2016, we embody a heritage steeped in precision within the realm of custom-made shoes and bags. We preserve centuries-old shoemaking traditions by working with small, family-run workshops.

These ateliers that once faced the risk of disappearance, are now central to our made-to-order approach. Powered by technology, your custom-made items are sustained by skilled hands.

Each piece reflects not only your vision, but also a mastery that transcends the mundane. Our artisans sculpt time, one thread at a time. Our team reduces waste while preserving quality. We follow fair labor practices and use conscious materials.

Delve into the meticulous process of custom-made shoes, unfolding through six distinctive stages: material selection, pattern cutting, assembly & stitching, shaping & construction and finally, the exquisite hand dye finish and final touches.

YOUR ORDER'S JOURNEY

STEP 1 | MATERIAL SELECTION

Once your order is confirmed, we carefully select each element to transform your vision into reality. Our leathers are premium and chosen for their exceptional qualities. The linings are crafted using advanced chrome-free and metal-free tanning techniques that are both safe for your skin and for the environment.

STEP 2 | PATTERN CUTTING

Experienced pattern-makers take over the next stage by shaping your design over a 3D last. Then, they flatten and segment the pieces. Skilled clickers cut the leather with precision, minimizing waste.

STEP 3 | ASSEMBLY & STITCHING

At this stage, the leather pieces are thinned, folded and stitched together to form the upper. Through careful vamping, the upper is then completed and ready for lasting.

STEP 4 | SHAPING & CONSTRUCTION

The upper is hand-shaped over the last. The artisan adds the toe puffs and heel counters to ensure durability. To guarantee the stability of the shoe, the base of the heel is installed. Outsoles and insoles are seamlessly affixed, signature logos are embossed and protective layers are added.

STEP 5 | HAND-DYED FINISH

Every colour is applied by hand using artisanal techniques that enhance depth and character. This careful dyeing process ensures each pair develops a distinctive tone and finish. At this stage, our experienced finishers greatly enhance the appearance of the shoe, achieving an outcome you will appreciate.

STEP 6 | FINISHING & DELIVERY

Each item goes through a rigorous quality check before being dispatched. Our made-on-demand model paired with streamlined logistics in under two weeks is an unparalleled speed, given the level of artisanal quality we pride ourselves for.
