How sizing works
HOW SIZING WORKS
1. MEASURE YOUR FOOT LENGTH
Take a sheet of paper and step on it. Then take a marker and draw a line around your foot. Measure the length from your big toe to your heel, using a ruler or measuring tape.
2. MEASURE YOUR FOOT WIDTH
Measuring your foot width helps if you often find your shoes too narrow or too wide.
Measure the toe width of your foot, followed by the comb width. This is the widest part of the front of your foot.
If available for the selected model, choose the corresponding width option to ensure the best fit.
3. MEASURE YOUR CALF
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.

LARGE SIZES
Finding stylish, female shoes in large sizes shouldn’t be a challenge. That’s why at Girotti we offer made-to-order footwear up to size 46 EU that still gives you that feminine feel. From slip-ons to elegant boots, you can enjoy a flawless fit, no matter your size.
SMALL SIZES
At Girotti we also solve the challenge of finding small sizes. Our custom-made styles start at size 35 EU, blending both fit and design.
NARROW & WIDE FIT
Standard widths don’t work for everyone, therefore we offer narrow-fit and wide-fit options across most of our styles to match your needs.
WIDE-CALF BOOTS
We believe your boots should fit well. At Girotti, you can also customize styles to suit your calf size, ensuring optimal comfort.
HOW TO CHOOSE SIZE
SIZE CHART
Girotti uses standard European sizing. However, due to the customizable design elements of each model, there may be slight variations in width, length or both.
To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring your feet carefully and checking the size chart specific to your desired model.
You can find the size chart in the configuration menu on the right side of the screen. Select the "Size" option to open the pop-up window. Then, click on "What is my size" to view the chart that matches the model you have selected.
WHAT IF MY SHOES DON'T FIT
Our customized shoes are designed for immediacy and Girotti offers free remakes for all customers in Europe and the U.S.
We’ve created a simple process to ensure your remake is prioritized, handcrafted quickly, and delivered to you with free express shipping.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
1. Submit a remake request through our Return Center
2. Wait for confirmation from Girotti (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it)
3. Return the original pair (for free) - either schedule a pickup or print a prepaid return label and drop it off at your nearest FedEx or TNT point
4. Your new pair will be handcrafted with priority and delivered to you with free express shipping
